The National Training Agency offers certified leadership training for supervisors and managers.
Through NTA, Bahamians now have access to two (2) premier levels of training through our ILM Approved Centre. These are the Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills and the Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management. The Institute of Leadership and Management Bahamas is also NAECOB registered and approved as a Training Institution in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. This training leads to a certification recognized worldwide.
