Through the National Training Agency, Bahamians now have access to two (2) premier levels of training by way of our ILM Approved Centre such as the Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills and Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management. The Institute of Leadership and Management Bahamas is also NAECOB registered and approved as a Training Institution in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. This training leads to certification that is recognized worldwide.
